Are You Using WebMaster Tools?

I came across this video today. It is from Take a look also at their other materials. (This is not an affiliate link, just a helpful link to something I feel will benefit some of our readers here).

This video explains just one aspect of Google WebMaster Tools. No small-business web site owner can afford to neglect this important service from Google. If you’re at all like me you may believe strongly that it is dangerous to put too many eggs in the Google basket. It is important to spread your site’s visitor sources as widely as possible, and not focus overmuch on search engines. The fact remains, however, that Google is for most of us a (the?) major player. Getting your site to look good in WebMaster tools can have a big influence on your visitor numbers.

Oh, and don’t forget that Bing also has WebMaster Tools.
